The countdown to ArcFest 2025 has begun! With the announcement that this year’s festival will take place Saturday 3 May and Sunday 4 May 2025, at Sandown Racecourse in Melbourne, the biggest questions on everyone’s mind are: “Where do I sign up?” and “How do I secure my ticket?”
The good news? No one has missed out yet! But with tickets expected to sell quickly, now’s the time to prepare for when sales go live. Whether you’re a seasoned Arc40k veteran, a newcomer to the hobby, or excited to dive into new events like Operation: Arc; Middle Arc; or Arc in the Old World; ArcFest 2025 is shaping up to be the biggest and best yet!
How to Secure Your Tickets
The first step to attending ArcFest is simple: Register on our website at arc40k.com. This is a must-do before you can purchase your ticket.
1. Create Your Account: Visit arc40k.com and sign up — it’s quick, easy, and essential!
2. Log In on Release Day: Make sure you’re logged in when ticket sales go live.
3. Select Your Event: Once tickets are live, head to the ticketing pages, choose your event any add-ons, and proceed through to the secure payment process. Complete payment and you’re on your way.
Tickets go live on Thursday January 30 2025 @ 7pm.

ArcFest 2025 at a Glance
Returning to Sandown Racecourse in Melbourne, ArcFest 2025 promises an incredible weekend of gaming, painting, and community. Here’s what’s on offer:
• Arc40k ($105): The heart of ArcFest, Australia’s premier Warhammer 40,000 tournament returns with epic battles and camaraderie.
• Arc of Sigmar ($105): Immerse yourself in a Path to Glory narrative campaign for Age of Sigmar.
• ArcOpen ($50 includes ArcFest entry and your first 4 entries in ArcOpen. Additional entries after your fourth + $6 - can be purchased on the day only): Melbourne’s premier miniature painting competition, showcasing breathtaking creativity.
• MiddleArc ($95): Join the battle for Middle-earth in the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game tournament.
• Arc in the Old World ($95): Relive the glory of Warhammer: The Old World with this nostalgia-filled event.
• ArcFinity ($95): Engage in tactical skirmishes in the Human Sphere with this Infinity ITS tournament.
• ArcPoint ($85): Celebrate May the 4th with this Star Wars: Shatterpoint event.
• Operation: Arc ($85): Test your skills in this competitive Kill Team tournament.
Add-On Options
When purchasing your event tickets, you’ll also have the option to add exciting extras:
• ArcOpen Entry Add-On: $30
• Limited Edition Event T-Shirt (Men/Ladies): $50 plus. Postage (See image below)
• mARCket : $15 - Access to sell in the second-hand trading area.
Support ArcFest with a Virtual Ticket
If you can’t make it to ArcFest this year but still want to support the event, you can purchase a Virtual Ticket:
• Virtual General Ticket: $20
• Virtual Event Ticket: $40
These tickets are virtual and does not grant entry to the event, it is just to allow people to support ArcFest.
Why Attend ArcFest 2025?
ArcFest is more than just tournaments—it’s a celebration of the tabletop gaming hobby. From narrative-driven campaigns and competitive showdowns to breathtaking miniatures and a strong community spirit, ArcFest truly has something for everyone.
For competitive players, the stakes are even higher: Three lucky participants (two from Arc40k and one from Operation: Arc) will earn their ticket* to represent Australia at the World Championships of Warhammer in Atlanta, Georgia, this November.
*This prize involves tickets to the World Championships of Warhammer only. All travel and accommodation will be the responsibility of the designated participant.
We’ll also have a range of Trophies, Certificates and Prizes to award across all of the events at ArcFest. We really do like to celebrate achievement and recognise skill, effort and imagination in all aspects of our hobby.
